Stores and services

A store’s reputation based on what is visible from the outside: good if the company is named, there is an offer agreement, Russian cards or SBP are accepted and we found no complaints about undelivered goods; average if company details are missing or the seller is a third party; low if there are systematic complaints about undelivered keys or bans. This is an observation, not a guarantee. How we assess it is described in the methodology.
